The Concept
When we plan to build a team, we focus on the needs, cost, skills required, experience and of course soft skills of a person to be inducted. We find right people, right mix and we then get started. Things kick off pretty well, but sometimes as time passes it reveals that there are personality conflicts among the team apart from the competition to excel.
No matter how good the professionals in their area would be, there are personal frictions at times. Minor issues when ignored turn out to be massive disaster later on when situations go out of control. Generally asking the troublemakers to leave is looked upon as the final solution. But here there is a way out.
