When we speak about introducing consumer oriented products and services, the focus is more on what the consumer needs and demands. The needs and demands drive the decisions of the marketing, sales, business and the other stakeholders to get on their feet. The needs and demands are the key factors that drive all the markets. As it is rightly said and experienced that “Necessity is the Mother of Inventions”. Without necessity, even a proactively defined product or service fails in the market when launched at a wrong time without anybody needing it.
